Making your shopping experience at Longacres easier and more convenient than ever before.
Whether you ordered it online, in store or by telephone, our Click and Collect service offers you a more flexible way of buying and collecting your shopping from Longacres (Bagshot, Bybrook Barn, Chelmsford and Shepperton stores only).
How do I use the Click and Collect Service?
Order online, in store or by telephone. If you have ordered flowers, they must be collected from the cut flower area as before – they are kept in a special refrigerated area.
You will receive an email when your order is complete and ready for collection, so make sure to provide the correct contact details when placing your order.
You’ll need to bring a printed copy of your order or show us the confirmation on your phone – we cannot release your order without this.
Does using the Click and Collect service cost me extra?
Click and Collect is free.
When can I collect my order?
Collection times are the same as our opening times but please give yourself time for your order to be loaded. Items ordered before 2pm should be ready for collection the next day. Items ordered after 2pm may take longer. In either case, please do not travel until you have received the email confirming that your order is ready.
Where do I pick up my Click and Collect order?
The Click and Collect collection point at Bagshot is the large cabin on the left as you drive towards the main car park. Follow the signs as you drive in. There is a large banner to point you in the right direction. Please park in one of the marked bays and speak to a member of staff inside the Click & Collect cabin.
Please note: If you have ordered flowers, they should be collected from the Floristry department inside the store (please follow signs from the main entrance). Flowers are kept in a refrigerated area, so are not suitable for the Click and Collect cabin.
The Click and Collect collection point at Bybrook is the main customer service desk (on the left as you walk through the main entrance.)
The Click and Collect collection point at Chelmsford is at the main till area. Please let a member of staff know you are there to collect.
The Click and Collect collection point at Shepperton is in the till area - turn immediately right after entering the store, past the fresh food section.
How can I cancel or amend an order I have already placed?
Contact the Customer Services team as soon as possible on 01276 486 422 if you wish to make a change to any part of your order.
What if I am unhappy with the product(s) and would like an exchange or refund?
As with any products purchased online or in store, you can return any item you're not happy with within 30 days of receiving it. Please visit the Returns Policy page for more information.
