Santa's Grotto is Back at Longacres Bagshot for 2026!

We are pleased to announce that Santa will be back this year and taking up residency in his hand-built grotto at Longacres Bagshot Garden Centre in Surrey!

Booking in advance is strongly suggested as tickets for popular days and weekends tend to sell out fast. Walk ins on the day may be available, but only if there are spaces. You can book any time prior to the slot starting.

Tickets are £19.00 per child, and up to four children may be included in a single booking (including a £1.50 booking fee per order.) Up to four adults may attend in each booking and do not require a paid ticket. More than four children will require a second booking.

Each child will get a chance to meet Santa, receive an early Christmas present and also get to join his elves for the very exciting ‘Santa & The Magical Tree’ activity, which is not to be missed!

Please note: All tickets are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled prior to your visit, subject to availability. Grotto will be built by the team at Longacres. Santa, his team of elves, the photographer and the booking system are all an external company with years of experience. All their staff are professionally recruited and trained to ensure the best experience for you and your family!
