Broil King x Longacres Giveaway Terms and Conditions - May 2026

By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions (T&C’s)

1. Promotors: The giveaway is being run by OMC Barbecues Ltd (company number 3050507) whose registered office is at 8/9 Westwood Court, Clayhill Industrial Park, Neston, Cheshire CH64 3UJ (“Broil King”) in collaboration with Longacres Garden Centre Ltd (company number 07689770) whose registered office is at Longacres Garden Centre, London Road, Bagshot, Surry, GU19 5JB (“Longacres”)
2. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to residents of the UK mainland only, excluding the Isle of Man, Lundy, Anglesey, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Western Isles, Orkney, Shetland and Northern Ireland, and who are aged 18 years or over. Employees of Broil King (OMC Barbecues), Longacres Garden Centres, their respective affiliates, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter: To enter, participants must follow both @broilkinguk and @longacresgc on Instagram, like the promotional post, and comment stating why they would like to win. Entrants may, if they wish, tag one or more individuals they would invite to a barbecue; any tagged individual must be a real person known to the entrant. Each eligible comment made in accordance with these terms will count as one entry into the prize draw. Multiple entries are permitted; however, entrants must not post duplicate, spam, or substantially similar comments. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, offensive, or otherwise non-compliant with these terms will be disqualified.
4. Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins on 11/05/2026 and ends at 16:00 hrs on 26/05/2026. Entries received after the end date will not be considered.
5. Prize: The prize consists of one Broil King Royal Shadow 320 and one Broil King BBQ Cover. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and is only available for delivery within the UK mainland and does not include delivery to residents of the Isle of Man, Lundy, Anglesey, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Western Isles, Orkneys, Shetlands or Northern Ireland.
6. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via DM from Broil King UK (@broilkinguk) shortly after the closing date.
7. Claiming the Prize: The winner must claim their prize within 24 hrs of being notified. If the prize is not claimed within this period, a new winner will be selected.
8. Publicity: Broil King (OMC Barbecues)/Longacres Garden Centre must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, we will publish the winner in a story on Instagram. If you object to this, please let us know. We may also be required to share the winner’s surname and county with other participants or the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
9. General Conditions: Broil King (OMC Barbecues)/Longacres Garden Centre reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway at any time, in its sole discretion, without notice. Any attempt to interfere with the operation of the giveaway is prohibited. The giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administrated by, or in associated with, Instagram. You agree that Instagram has no liability to you in connection with this giveaway.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, if in its opinion, events or circumstances occur that are outside its control.
11. Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless [OMC Barbecues & Longacres], its affiliates, and employees from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from their participation in the giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, save for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

Privacy: Personal information provided during the giveaway will only be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway (including as set out in paragraph 8 above), contacting the winner and delivering the prize. It will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to deliver the prize and comply with our legal obligations.
