Question and Answer

Jose
Hi, I purchased the Premier 3000 Vintage Gold Multi Action LED Cluster Christmas String Lights LV203073VG. Can the illuminated cable safely be shortened by cutting off the excess, or must the full 37.5 metres remain intact? Please confirm with Premier whether cutting is permitted and whether it would affect the remaining LEDs, lighting effects or suitability for outdoor use. Thank you.

Hi Jose,

Unfortunately no, you cannot cut the wire on the Premier 3000 Vintage Gold Multi-Action Cluster Lights, or any other Premier string lights. This would impact their use and invalidate the warranty or returns policy.

Kind Regards.
