Q. How do these work as daughter gave me two for my birthday but they dont seem to be lighting at night. I have them hung on brackets on shed, and even left on ground in sunlight yesterday.

Lift the solar panel out and make sure they are switched on underneath, they will then charge during the day and come on at dusk
