Unfortunately no grass seed can be 100% bird resistant, as birds will often eat freshly laid grass seed that is uncovered. To give your grass seed the best start and protect it from birds, you can use a light layer of top soil over the seed, or use fleece/mesh netting to cover the area and keep the birds off.
