With red spring leaves this pleasing, evergreen shrub has clusters of bell-shaped white flowers in Spring. It has variegated white and green neat foliage.
It likes sun, part shade or light shade, well drained or moist soil and is happy in acid (ericaceous) soil. It is frost hardy.
