Description
A blend of Growmore, NPK 7-7-7 fertiliser and amenity Dwarf Perennial Ryegrass, suitable for all lawns with high traffic.
Suitability
Ideal for overseeding all year round and new sowing in Spring or Autumn.
Species Used
Amenity Dwarf Perennial Ryegrass.
Additional Requirements
Can be used all year round but water well in periods of dry weather. Contains fertiliser, do not use near ponds or watercourses and wash hands after use.
Sowing Dates
Sow new lawns in Spring and Summer and overseed all year round to keep your lawn healthy. Young grass will appear within 4-7 days under ideal conditions.
Sowing Rates
New Lawn: 50g per sq. metre (1½ oz per sq. yard)
Overseeding: 35g per sq. metre (1 ¼ oz per sq. yard).
Mowing Height
New Lawn: When grass is 5-8cm (2-3in) high, cut for the first time. Trim lightly and gradually lower blades to an ideal cutting height of 25mm (1in).
Subsequent Cuts: Mow regularly but try not to remove more than a third of the growth at any one time.
