There should be a long, thin tube that slots in to a hole under the screw top (next to the thicker, white tubed fixed to the centre) and it may have come loose or fallen out. You can easily slot it back into the hole to continue using the mister. If you have two thin tubes, it may be that an extra one has made its way into the bottle by mistake and can simply be removed.
