Berberis thunbergii 'Maria'
Common name: Japanese barberry
Dense, fan shaped, deciduous shrub has tiny bell-shaped yellow flowers in Spring and Summer. It has variegated green, pink and yellow neat and rounded leaves.
It likes sun, well drained soil and is happy in acid (ericaceous), alkaline or neutral soil. It is frost hardy.
