Colour is wrong

Colour on site shows this a dark grey. Got it home to find its a very light grey, almost white. Asked Longacres for comment and they blamed my monitor. THIS COLOUR IS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO THE REAL THING!

Does the parasol pivot? Does it come complete with stand and cover.

It does tilt and spin 360 on its axis. This includes a sand and water base and an all weather cover

is it essential to fix base down ? Didnt realise if that was the case and may need to return. Dont really want to drill new porcelain patio

Hi Steve,

This parasol should have been provided with a sand and water base, which will hold up to 100kg in all weather, ensuring you can keep your parasol sturdy, without having to drill or secure it into hard flooring (if that is not the case, please do contact us). As long as the base has been correctly filled with sand or water, this will be sufficient to hold your parasol, they simply suggest drilling the base down as an alternative option.
