Can I request a specific delivery time?
Yes you can! When you are in the checkout you can select a delivery date up to 3 months in advance.
Do you offer next-day flower delivery?
Yes we do offer next day local delivery when ordered before 4pm Monday to Saturday, or before 2pm on Sundays.
Can I add a gift message to my order?
Yes you can. When in the checkout process you can write out a personal message for the recipient.
What happens if the recipient isn't home?
If they aren’t home then we will leave their bouquet in a safe place and post a card through their door to let them know.
Can I buy flowers online and collect them in-store?
Yes you can. When in the checkout process simply select the store and date for collection.
Do you offer a weddings flowers service?

Do you offer a funeral flowers service?
You can find a range of with sympathy flowers online, but for a more bespoke arrangement our team can help more.
Should I cut the stems of my bouquet once it arrives?
Yes you should. It’s advised to cut around 2cm off the stems before putting them in water.
Why do some of my flowers arrive in bud?
Many flowers such as lilies and peonies arrive in bud to protect them in transits and ensure they can be enjoyed for longer at home.
Where is the best place to display my bouquet?
It is advised to not put your bouquet in direct sunlight.
How often should I change the water in my vase?
You should change the water in the vase once a day for best results.
How does the flower subscription work?
Each month we will send the recipient a fresh bouquet either monthly or fortnightly for up to 12 months.
Can I request a bespoke bouquet not shown on the website?
Yes you can by speaking to a member of staff at your local Longacres.
