An old cultivar with a compact free flowering habit in the early summer.
Fully rounded 12-15cm (5-6in) wide clear white flowers with contrasting red anthers.
Some late summer flowers.
Suitable as a cut flower.
Attractive seed heads.
Ideal for a small garden or for container culture.
Flowers late spring - early summer and late summer - early autumn and overall height is 6ft.
