Named after Lady Rowland, the wife of a former Bailiff of Guernsey, Diana has helped Raymond Evison with numerous books on clematis.

A plant with a very free-flowering habit, which is repeat-flowering.

Ideal for the smaller garden or for growing in a container on the deck garden, patio or outdoor dining area.

It looks stunning when grown through free-standing or wall-trained shrubs or roses, especially shrubs with grey or variegated foliage.

Launched at the famous Chelsea Flower Show in 2009.

  • Flowering: Early and mid summer then late summer, early autumn
  • Site: Any aspect
  • Height: 4-5ft. (120-150cm)
  • Pruning: Reduce all top growth down to 6 (15cm) in late winter/early Spring
  • Hardiness: Hardy up to -10C
