Hedging
Hedges are particularly useful to form a barrier around your garden or part of your garden, or simply as screening if you do not wish to be overlooked. An evergreen hedge will provide permanent screening, but it is also a great opportunity to use some native plants in your garden. Although mostly deciduous, native hedging plants are dense and twiggy so still give privacy during the winter months. A hedge is a perfect habitat for wildlife, particularly nesting birds.
