Do you have to attach the lights to the tree branches or it is already done

Hi,
To construct the tree, you first built the metal frame by connecting the poles. The lights are all pre-connected at the top in a star shape ring, which clips to the very top of the frame. There are 6 strings of lights that come down in each direction which then clip to the poles going down the tree.
