Longacres Cafes Reopening FAQ Pages
Following government guidelines, all our cafes will be reopening from Saturday 4th of July 2020.
The guidance below is subject to change and improvement as we continue through this unique time. Please remember that it's new for everyone - both staff and customers, and we ask that everyone please be respectful and mindful of each other.
To help with Test & Trace we are legally required to take the first name, last name and a contact number for all members of your party. If you cannot provide us with this information then we're afraid you cannot dine with us, and we can only offer you take away food & drink.
In addition, we are also making the following changes to ensure both you and our team stay safe:
- We will provide hand sanitiser at the entrance and we ask that you use it
- We have reduced the number of tables available; do not sit on any tables that are marked unavailable
- We are running reduced menus
- When ordering wait at the marked order points and observe social distancing at all times
- With fewer staff in the kitchen to allow the space required, please bear with us as service maybe slower than usual
- We're requesting contactless payments where possible
